LIFE is really f**king rough, especially these days.
So pace yourself. Take those gifts to your soul that Universe may provide. Treasure them. Don't worry so much about your body. It is a tool that you need, treat it appropriately, but don't get addicted to it. This Life's bodyis disposable. It is one among many beyond counting.
The goal is to arrive at the finish line, the last day of this Body's Life, with enough Life left in it to see you off well. To complete that last task, and depart. It takes some work to achieve this goal. It is worthwhile to attempt it. At the core of every martial artist, and all martial arts is this understanding. Keep the body in shape Life long that it may serve you in serving Universe in the tasks given.
Ours is not to reason why, ours is but to do, then die.
Some beings, will attempt to defy reality.
Pity those abandoning Eternity for attempts at immortality.
