In the above interview, General Fylnn talks about how Q is a psyop. How there are no white hats are working behind the scene on a plan "To save the world".
My take on this is;
General Fylnn is part of this operation and is an 'ex' general. The reaction of the people is part of this plan. Being a general he is playing his part and not giving away the plan. The Q operation was instigated to awaken the public to things that have been done to them for decades, so they will not just carry on accepting them (via the bread & circuses of MSM programming and entertainment). This has been a massive success, more and more people are waking up to all aspects of the control, be it Big Pharma, media, WHO, UN etc. etc.
Also of note is the fact that Flynn took the Q oath with his whole family in the past.
